We operate on a process of detailed statement of work, and invoice on a T&M basis for actual hours worked. We provide clients with a detailed progress chart of actual work vs planned and remaining effort vs plan.

It is also an option for clients to engage us on an agile basis with organically defined sprints and backlog.

Assessment

The datascape and architecture assessment serves as basis for future initiatives or can be saved by client for future projects or as a baseline.

Roadmap

A workshop or series in order to help clients identify their most attainable and most valuable goals, with a proposed timeline by stage or level. Our recommendations are based on years of analytics and architecture experience, coupled with client's capacity to execute.

Data Engineering

Sometimes this is a big word for dta cleanup. Other times, it truly is a significant workload and initiative to re-engineer the company's data landscape in preparation for future needs. It's not just the AI solutions that will demand this, but also the human interface with your analytics tools.

Training the AI

This is the fun part.

Initially we turn on specific capabilities and set up steps to "guess and check" so your new AI is making its best guesses and predictions before it has been properly trained and tuned. We work with your team to 'teach' Einstein by correcting errors and cleaning and clearing data issues.
