We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you visit our website (kynochlabs.com) or engage with our Salesforce, AI, and data consulting services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to you ("Personal Information") in the following ways:

  • Automatically Collected Information: When you navigate through kynochlabs.com, we may automatically collect standard internet and website logging information. This includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, device information, and data about your interactions with our site using cookies and similar tracking technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following business purposes:

3. Client Data and Our Role as a Data Processor

As a system integrator specializing in Salesforce (Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud) and Einstein AI, we frequently design, implement, and tune solutions for industries handling highly sensitive information, such as Financial Services and Healthcare/Life Sciences.

Please note that this Privacy Policy primarily covers data collected via our website and marketing efforts. When we process data on behalf of our clients during consulting and implementation projects (e.g., data cleanups, integrations, or training AI models), we act strictly as a Data Processor. That data is governed by the specific Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) established with our clients. We do not use our clients' proprietary data or their customers' data for our own business or marketing purposes.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information. We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or managing our CRM and marketing (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

  • Business Transfers: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your Personal Information from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure or access. As experts in data architecture and privacy compliance mitigations, we take data security seriously. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
